Fees & Rebates

Our fees are tailored to reflect the value that long-term psychological assistance and coaching can provide:

Standard 50-minute sessions
$220 (Weekdays 9am-5pm)
$230 (Weekdays after 5pm; or Saturday mornings by appointment)

Extended 80-minute sessions  (for EMDR Phases 3-8 only)
$315 (Weekdays 9am-5pm)
$325 (Weekdays after 5pm; or Saturday mornings by appointment)

*fees are correct as of 1st August 2025. Subjected to change in the future, please consult with us.

If you are managing a mental health condition, you are eligible for 10 sessions of Medicare rebates per Calendar Year via a GP Referral Letter and Mental Health Care Plan. From 1st July 2025, the rebate is $145.25 for each session when you see a clinical psychologist.

We can also provide a receipt if you are covered for clinical psychology sessions through your private health insurance. Please check with your insurer the percentage you are entitled to claim and the out-of-pocket fee you will incur as part of your cover.

Coaching sessions do not attract any government rebates.

Strict Cancellation Policy

As a small business, we rely heavily on clients to inform us when you need to reschedule or cancel. We ask for a 48 hour notice to do so. This helps us inform others who may be on the waiting list and to sustain our mission of providing effective psychological care.

For late cancellations and absences, a fee of 50% of session fee applies. This fee can be paid before or at the start of your next appointment. It covers pre-planning/work done, and administrative costs for the hour that was set aside for the appointment and is not rebatable by any third party funding including Medicare.

To honour life's unexpected twists and turns, each client has an annual one-time cancellation fee waiver they can choose to use. Let us know when you would like to. Further absences and late notices will incur a cancellation fee regardless. As therapy yields better results when engaged consistently, we may some times encourage discharge with support that clients return to therapy in the future when circumstances allow.

With that being said, it has been in our experience that mental health symptoms are the most common challenges that people face when it comes to attendance. The best place for you to overcome these issues would be in therapy. The commitment to attend your psychology appointments is the first stepping stone to better wellbeing!
